Men’s Groups

The Brotherhood

Mens groups are some of my favourite places to facilitate, as the consistency offers a deepening and potency that is hard to find in other one off events and containers.
Sitting in circle with a group of brothers who are all dedicated to holding each other in both their challenges and wins, can be a profoundly healing experience.
Due to growing up in a world where aggression, competition and emotional disconnection have all been extremely prevalent for many of us, the idea of being able to come into a safe and vulnerable container with other men, can often at first seem quite daunting.
Luckily, as the old fears and layers of armouring and conditioning begin to drop, newly found gifts and medicines can then be accessed, bringing in a whole new relationship to men and brotherhood, as well as a profoundly valuable resource for living a life full of healthy connection, support and success.

Awareness

Stepping into a space with other men, will often bring about reflections and opportunities for deepened awareness around our blind spots, and where the root cause of many of our challenges and shortcomings lie.
These spaces are a great place for refining our self awareness, so that we can then move forward with greater clarity and understanding of where we are, and where we wish to go next.

Accountability

Once we have greater awareness of where the chinks in our armour are. Full ownership and self responsibility for how and where we are bringing these into our lives and relationships, is imperative.
To be a king of our ship, we need to own our ship, all of it.
From here, we can then step into a place of deeper agency and sovereignty.
An integral part of being in a men’s group, is having access to the accountability of brotherhood around you.

Action

True change only begins, after we take action.
This is where the support of brotherhood and our masculine direction comes in.
Being in a group of men who are all dedicated to making positive changes in not only their lives, but also the lives of those around them, we then have a profound opportunity to ground and action the changes we are each desiring for ourselves and each other.
