Men gathering together to witness one another in their truth, challenge and triumph, can create a powerful container for transformation and alchemy.

Each evening, we go through a range of different processes that include embodiment practices, sharing circles, martial arts, self reflection exercises and shared accountability to support integration moving forward. 

This is not a space for you to just come and share about your lives and problems, but rather an opportunity for you to proactively work through your edges and limitations, and from there begin to co create positive change for yourself and those around you.
