Surrender & Trust

One of the big lessons and themes that I've been working on in recent months, has been the importance of coming back into surrender and trust.

For many years now, I've on some level held the need to control whats going on in my life. Call this fear or not feeling safe in the mystery, it has had a strong impact on how I've shown up in relationship, adversity and the unknown.

Surrender can often take a deep amount of courage, yet really it's as simple as letting go of ones grip and letting the flow of life take us to where we've always been going.

It's trusting that we've always been where we've needed to be, and that everything is unfolding as it should.

It's allowing ourselves to receive everything we've ever wished for, and making space for our deepest desires.

It's opening our heart to the fullness of love, and the gates to the kingdom within.

This past year has taught me so much about surrender, and it's been one of my toughest lessons to date, but what I have learned is that there is no greater feeling than being fully open to the Magic, Mystery and Love that is Life.
