Kundalini is the primordial energy that exists in all of us, it is the energy of self-expression, and creative life force energy.

As men, it is important that we have a conscious and open relationship to this energy, as this is the connection to our inner most feminine essence, which supports our ability to feel, create, express and manifest. This connection also directly effects the depth we can relate to life, woman and the people we chose be in partnership with.

When Kundalini begins to re-awaken to her full expression, she begins the process of bringing our whole being back into alignment with our truth. As this takes momentum, we begin to shed all the layers of ourselves that no longer serve our highest good, and then like the lotus, we begin to open to our fullness.

This evening we will go through simple Tantric breath, sound and movement exercises to help support the awakening of this energy within ourselves, as well as creating a container for deep opening and activation.

This will help us in becoming more emotionally and energetically open and activated, supporting deeper sexual connection within ourselves and our lovers, as well as greater energy and focus for business, community and creative projects.
