Kundalini is the primordial energy that exists in us all, it is the energy of self-expression. It is the energy which is expressed in all parts of life, whether it is composing a beautiful piece of music, embracing a loved one, building up a business or reaching an aspired goal.

When Kundalini begins to re-awaken to its full expression, it begins the process of bringing our whole being back into alignment with our divine truth. As this takes momentum, we begin to shed all the layers of ourselves that no longer serve our highest good, and then like the lotus, we begin to flower.

This evening we will:

Give live transmissions of Kundalini running through the body,

Share with you how having awakened Kundalini can benefit you physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually, spiritually and abundantly.

Teach yogic exercises that will help open up the body, for greater energy flow.

Introduce simple Tantric breath, sound and movement techniques that will assist with moving your Kundalini through your body.

We invite you to this sacred safe space, where we will guide you into exploration of these energies, with care and integrity.

This evening will be facilitated by Fidel Leo and Ruta Baumila, who are both cirtified Kundalini Tantra Bodyworks, and are both extremely passionate about the transformations that this work brings.
