Kundalini Tantra Training

I just recently arrived back in Adelaide after spending a week in the north of Bali where I did my Kundalini Tantra Practitioner training.

To say that it was a powerful and magical week would be a profound understatement.

Over the course of the training we learnt about Tantra, Sacred Sexuality and Kundalini Bodywork.

And as a tribe with courage and love for one another, we all embarked upon a journey of service to self and service to each other.

Kundalini; it is the creative energy that exists in all of us, it is the energy of self-expression. It is the same energy that is expressed when someone composes or plays beautiful music, the joy one feels when laughing with a loved one, or the warmth one feels from an intimate embrace. It is the energy which is expressed in all parts of life, whether it is building up a business or reaching whatever goal you aspire for. These are all expressions of the same creative life force energy that is Kundalini.

In Sanskrit Kundalini is said to translate to 'the coiled one," or "sleeping serpent' It is also said to be the coming consciousness of humanity as it is the dormant force in the human body and some even say that the awakening of Kundalini is the prime purpose of human incarnation.

When our Kundalini does awaken, the evolutionary process is sped up on all levels of our being; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and when this does happen, we are no longer a gross physical body operating through an unconscious mind which is operating from a lower voltage power source. Instead, every cell of our body is charged with the high voltage energy that is Kundalini. And when total awakening occurs, the God and Goddess self awakens, and we become an embodiment of the Divine.

Tantra; the Divine Dance - In Sanskrit the word Tantra is said to mean "to weave, to expand, to spread", It is also said through many esoteric teachings that the fabric of life can provide true and ever-lasting fulfilment, but only when all the threads are woven in accordance to the natural patterns of the universe. When we are born, life naturally forms itself into this pattern, but as we grow we tend to take on trauma and fears and we develop ignorance, desire and attachments, in turn we then begin to tangle and tear those threads disfiguring that original fabric.

The purpose of Tantric practice and Sacred sexuality is recognising our own Divine nature, the Divine nature of our partner and the Divine nature of everything around us as simply a never ending sacred dance between the two principles of the universe: Shiva (the masculine, stillness and ultimate consciousness) and Shakti (the feminine, energy, creation and manifestation). In the Tantric sense, this is the core principles of Love.

Through Tantric practice we learn to realign and reweave ourselves back into that presence of the Divine moment and patterning.

It is often misinterpreted in the West that Tantra is only about learning to make love for hours and experiencing extreme states of orgasmic bliss. Yes, these are indeed aspects of Tantric lovemaking, but they are simply the side effects of learning to dance and make love with life itself.

I've been on the path of self healing, exploration and development for almost 10 years now and I'm yet to come across anything as transformational as these two powerful paths coupled together.

For anyone that is interested in any of this work, message me and lets connect, as I am now in the process of setting up some workshops as well as offering one on one bodywork sessions.

And to all the tribe members; brothers, sisters and fellow change agents I've met along this journey. The love that I hold for you and the work that you are doing for yourselves and this planet is immeasurable.

Keep on dancing your dance and expressing the love that you are.

One love
